Впервые за всю историю заказов на Али с таким сталкиваюсь. Нахожусь в лёгком недоумении. Заказ оплатила 2.08. Мало того, что посылка до меня не дошла, так и спор мне служба поддержки одобрила лишь 04.12. 4 месяца это мега - долгий срок, расчётный срок по доставке был в разы раньше. За это время у меня сам собой закрылся заказ, кончилось время подтверждения и защиты, спор рассматривали около 20 дней с оттягиванием сроков "рефунда". Оч неприятно, хотела ребёнку симпатичную рубашку купить, а оказалось, что просто заморозила деньги почти на ПОЛ ГОДА! С продавцом не общалась, может, мне так не повезло с доставкой, но никому его не рекомендую.
